Job Summary:
The F&B Service Executive is responsible for providing prompt, courteous, and efficient food and beverage service to guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend to guests in a polite and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them timely
- Ensure cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service
- Handle guest queries and resolve complaints courteously
- Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards
Requirements:
- Previous experience in F&B service preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
