1. Sales - Applications & Visa (INTAKE wise)
1. Visa for General Country (B2C):
- Ensure that the required number of visas are obtained for students, meeting the set target.
2. Walk-ins:
- Attract and engage potential students with effective marketing strategies, driving foot traffic and generating walk-ins. additionally, focus on converting e-counseling leads into walk-ins to enhance overall engagement and enrollment opportunities.
3. Registrations:
- Ensure that students are registered in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the specified registration target.
4. Offers:
- Proactively reach out to potential students, presenting them with attractive offers and incentives to encourage enrollment.
5. Maintain a 90% conversion ratio of the set target
- Focus on converting a high percentage of leads into enrolled students, maintaining a strong conversion ratio and contributing to the success of the business.
2. Role: B2C Counselling & Revenue Generation
Responsibilities:
1. Handling counselling and registering students for assigned products:
- Engage with students to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Ensure smooth registration process for students, providing necessary guidance and support.
2. Overall monthly collection:
- Achieve the set revenue target for the month, ensuring financial stability and growth for the business.
3. 50% conversion on the counseling’s taken:
- Maintain a high conversion rate, effectively converting leads into registered students and contributing to the business's success.
3. Role: Shortlisting’s
Responsibilities:
1. Achieving 65% conversion on shortlisting:
- Focus on converting a significant portion of shortlisted leads into successful outcomes, optimizing the conversion process.
2. Shortlisting’s vs enquiry generated within 24hrs:
- Ensure prompt response and efficient handling of enquiries by providing shortlisting’s within 24 hours to enhance customer experience.
Shortlisting’s to be Provided Instantly with a 5% deviation:
- Strive for immediate shortlisting delivery while allowing a slight margin for flexibility to accommodate varying circumstances and maintain efficiency.
4. Role: Business Development
Responsibilities:
1. Creating Promotional Campaigns through: Emails & WhatsApp
- Send 3 targeted emails and 3 engaging WhatsApp messages per week to potential students, showcasing the benefits of products and services.
- Utilize multimedia content to enhance engagement and provide valuable information to recipients.
2. Follow-up calls:
- Conduct vigorous follow-up calls to potential students, addressing queries, providing additional information, and guiding them through the enrollment process effectively.
- Maintain a structured approach to ensure thorough follow-up and maximize conversion opportunities.
5. Role: Research & Development
Responsibilities:
1. Updating 5 universities/month with university updates:
- Regularly provide relevant and timely updates to 5 universities each month to ensure they are informed and engaged with current information.
2. Sharing product information with teammates:
- Foster a collaborative environment by sharing product details and updates with team members to enhance overall product knowledge and alignment.
3. Staying updated with market trends and sharing insights:
- Stay abreast of market trends daily, sharing valuable insights with the team to adapt strategies and stay competitive in the dynamic market landscape.
4. Developing promotion strategies based on daily market research:
- Conduct daily market research to inform and adjust promotion strategies promptly, ensuring they are responsive to the latest market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Stay up-to-date every day, sharing any subject/ product relevant information or updates with the Digital team for branding and promotion purposes.
6. Role: Administrative Tasks
Responsibilities:
1. CRM Maintenance:
- Ensure all updates are entered into the CRM system promptly and accurately, maintaining a 100% on-time update rate with no deviation to ensure data integrity and efficient workflow.
7. Role: Development of referral network
Responsibilities:
1. Referral Chain Development:
- Aim to generate 25% of overall registrations through referral chains, leveraging existing networks and satisfied customers to drive a significant portion of new registrations and business growth.
2. College Seminars:
- Organize and participate in college seminars to promote programs, engage with potential students, and enhance brand visibility within educational institutions.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
