Job Overview
We are looking for a creative Video Editor who can edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms. The role requires hands-on expertise in Filmora and Adobe Premiere Pro, with the ability to add captions, subtitles, and voice-over–ready edits. Experience in aesthetic/product reels (e.g., Cat Cup–style videos) is a plus.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using Filmora and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta & LinkedIn videos
- Edit short-form videos (15–45 sec) and long-form content
Captions & Voice-Over
- Add on-screen captions, subtitles, and text overlays
- Sync edits with voice-over scripts and background music
- Ensure clear audio balancing and smooth pacing
Creative & Quality
- Apply smooth transitions, effects, and basic motion elements
- Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement
- Maintain brand consistency and visual quality across videos
Required Skills & Tools
- Proficiency in Filmora
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of caption-led and VO-based videos
- Knowledge of social media video formats and aspect ratios
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of After Effects
- Experience with product or aesthetic reels (e.g., Cat Cup style)
- Ability to suggest hooks, captions, or text flow
Qualifications
- Diploma / Graduate in Media, Film, Animation, or related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience (Freshers or interns with a strong portfolio may apply)
- Portfolio or reel links are mandatory
