We are looking for a passionate and energetic HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations and support the growth of our retail workforce.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Hiring
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for supermarket operations.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Nithra Jobs, social media, employee referrals, and local recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department managers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Employee Onboarding
- Complete joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct employee induction and orientation.
- Create and maintain employee personnel files.
- Issue appointment letters, ID cards, and other HR documents.
Attendance & Payroll Support
- Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with payroll for salary processing.
- Maintain shift schedules and attendance reports.
HR Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Update employee database regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee welfare activities.
- Address employee concerns professionally.
- Organize monthly employee engagement activities.
- Assist in performance review processes.
Training & Development
- Coordinate induction training.
- Identify training requirements.
- Maintain training records.
- Support skill development initiatives.
Compliance
- Assist with statutory compliance documentation.
- Ensure company policies are followed.
