Role Overview:
Responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top sales talent to meet business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales roles
- Source candidates via platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed etc.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers on role requirements
- Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment metrics
Requirements:
- Experience in sales hiring or recruitment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools
