Designation: Sales Coordinator - OPG
Experience: 5+ Years post Sales Support experience

Role Summary
OPG Sales coordinator will manage the complete sales order lifecycle—from order receipt to customer delivery—ensuring smooth fulfilment, accurate documentation, cross-departmental coordination, and exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Order Management:
- Oversee end-to-end sales order processes including order entry, verification, acknowledgement, scheduling, and dispatch.
- Ensure accurate interpretation of customer requirements, specifications, and commercial terms
- Monitor order queues, prioritize urgent requirements, and maintain fulfilment timelines.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with Sales team and Production to ensure timely order execution.
3. Logistics
- · Thorough understanding of commercial aspects & compliance to statutory requirements.
- · Good experience in handling Logistic vendors (courier, transport)
4. Customer Communication & Post-Sales Support
- Communicate order status, delivery dates, and delays to customers proactively.
- Handle escalations related to delivery issues, product readiness, and service coordination.
- Collaborate with service teams for installation, commissioning, training, and after-sales service scheduling.
5. Commercial - all dues , product pricing , commission approval, agreements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream
- min 4-5 years of experience in sales operations or order management.
- Must have working knowledge of: imports, exports, CHA, Transportation logistics, GST, Inventory & Stores, in-depth understanding of ERP systems, e-way bills, e-invoicing, and payment collection.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
