Job Summary
We are hiring 6 skilled and empathetic Psychologists to join our Bangalore clinical team, specializing in couples and relationship-focused psychological interventions.
In this role, you will work with individuals and couples using structured, evidence-based frameworks such as Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-based Therapy, and Imago Therapy.
This opportunity is ideal for psychologists who bring strong clinical expertise, structured thinking, and emotional intelligence and are passionate about working in a specialized relationship-focused practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological sessions with individuals and couples using structured frameworks
- Assess relationship dynamics and develop outcome-driven intervention plans
- Support clients in improving emotional connection, communication, and conflict resolution
- Perform detailed intake and psychological assessments
- Provide psychoeducation and evidence-based tools
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and timely clinical documentation
- Handle sensitive cases with professionalism, empathy, and neutrality
- Participate in case discussions, supervision, and internal reviews
- Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards
- Continuously upgrade skills through advanced training
Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Qualifications
- MSc in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling)
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in psychological practice
- Training or certification in relationship-focused therapy
Core Competencies
- Strong understanding of structured psychological frameworks (Gottman, EFT, Imago, Attachment-based approaches)
- High clinical judgement with crisis awareness and risk assessment ability
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage complex emotional and relational dynamics
- High standards of ethical practice and documentation
- Comfortable working in a structured, tech-enabled environment
