Key Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for parlour owners, beauticians and beauty advisors.
- Train salon/parlour professionals on Nidhii Skincare products.
- Explain product benefits, ingredients, application methods and usage.
- Conduct practical product demonstrations.
- Develop simple training modules and demonstration materials.
- Conduct live demonstrations at parlours and training events.
- Evaluate trainees' understanding and provide feedback.
- Maintain records of training sessions and participants.
- Support the sales team during product demonstrations and professional onboarding.
- Identify common customer/beautician questions and provide solutions.
- Travel to different salons/parlours for training programs when required.
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of skincare and haircare treatments.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Ability to demonstrate products confidently.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups.
- Patient, energetic and approachable personality.
- Field travel flexibility.
- Beauty/skin/hair certification or professional salon experience will be an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
