About the Role
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in developing and executing social media strategies within a digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, creating impactful social media strategies, driving brand growth, and delivering measurable results across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for multiple client brands.
- Plan, manage, and optimize organic social media campaigns across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Create platform-specific content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
- Manage multiple B2B and B2C client accounts simultaneously while ensuring consistent brand communication.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze social media metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Stay updated with platform algorithms, emerging trends, and best practices to maximize engagement and reach.
- Collaborate with content, design, and video teams to create engaging social media content.
- Work closely with paid media teams to align organic social strategies with Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Present strategy recommendations, performance reports, and growth opportunities to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Strategist, Social Media Manager, or a similar role.
- Agency background is mandatory.
- Proven experience in developing and executing social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and X.
- Experience managing multiple client accounts across both B2B and B2C industries.
- Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns with measurable performance results.
- Excellent understanding of social media algorithms, content trends, audience engagement, and analytics.
- Experience using social media analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with paid media teams to integrate organic and paid social strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
