Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and cold calling
- Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos
- Convert prospects into customers and achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends
- Maintain regular follow-ups and sales records
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support
- Travel within assigned locations as required
Candidate Requirements:
✔ Minimum 1+ years experience in Business Development / Field Sales
✔ Previous EdTech experience preferred/required
✔ Karnataka candidates only
✔ Kannada language proficiency mandatory
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to work independently and achieve targets
✔ Two-wheeler mandatory
✔ Valid Driving License mandatory
✔ Comfortable with field sales and travel
