Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on General Manager to serve as the operational backbone of our company and act as the Founder’s Second-in-Command. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, manage team deliverables, lead procurement and project execution, and serve as the central bridge between internal departments and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily office operations, cross-departmental coordination, and team attendance/performance management.
- Monitor project execution timelines for government, PSU, and enterprise client commitments.
- Handle client escalations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure compliance with public sector contracting norms.
- Resolve daily operational issues independently and present consolidated daily status updates and metrics to the Founder.
- Coordinate with finance and admin teams to streamline paperwork, billing records, and workplace processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- 2+ years of experience in general management, operations oversight, or supply chain execution (experience in IT hardware, networking, or government/PSU contracting preferred).
- Strong leadership, project management, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendor negotiation, and client escalations.
- Proficiency with productivity tools, project tracking software, and MS Office / Excel.
