Business Development Manager – Exports (USA & Europe)
Location: Remote / Work From Home (India)

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are a growing manufacturer and exporter of precision-engineered brass components and fittings, supplying customers across international markets. Our product range serves industries including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, automotive, industrial, OEM manufacturing, and engineering applications.
We are looking for an ambitious and result-oriented Export Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the USA and European markets by identifying, approaching, and converting new customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified export leads from USA and European markets.
- Identify importers, distributors, wholesalers, OEMs, manufacturers, and industrial buyers.
- Develop and execute outbound sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, trade portals, and other B2B platforms.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
- Schedule and conduct online meetings with international prospects.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and RFQs.
- Coordinate with internal teams for technical queries, pricing, samples, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects until conversion.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and customer acquisition targets.
- Represent the company professionally in all international communications.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–8 years of experience in Export Sales, International Business Development, or B2B Sales.
- Experience dealing with customers in USA, Europe, UK, Canada, or other international markets.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, email marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Experience using trade portals such as Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Global Sources, or similar platforms is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage sales activities remotely.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and CRM software.
