Job Description – MIS Manager
Job Summary
The MIS (Management Information System) Manager is responsible for managing, analyzing, and maintaining sales data and reports within the automobile dealership/network. The role supports management decision-making by providing accurate sales reports, performance analysis, forecasting, and operational insights to improve business efficiency and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports.
- Monitor sales performance, targets, retail, billing, and enquiry conversions.
- Maintain and manage dealership sales databases and dashboards.
- Analyze sales trends, market performance, and productivity reports.
- Coordinate with sales teams and branch managers for data collection and validation.
- Generate management reports for review meetings and strategic planning.
- Track vehicle stock, booking status, retail performance, and delivery reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to management and OEM.
- Develop automated reporting systems and MIS dashboards using Excel/BI tools.
- Monitor KPI performance and provide analytical support to the sales department.
- Handle CRM data analysis and customer database management.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of business data.
- Support audit requirements and compliance reporting.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Macros)
- Knowledge of Power BI/Tableau preferred
- Good understanding of automobile sales operations
- Strong reporting and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to handle large volumes of data
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of DMS/CRM software preferred
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
