The JEE Chemistry Faculty is responsible for providing high-quality coaching in Chemistry for students preparing for JEE Main and JEE Advanced while supporting the school's integrated academic program. The faculty member will deliver concept-based instruction, strengthen analytical and problem-solving skills, and guide students to excel in both Board examinations and competitive entrance tests.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Chemistry to students enrolled in the school's integrated JEE program.
- Deliver comprehensive instruction in Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry aligned with the JEE syllabus.
- Integrate Board curriculum requirements with JEE preparation to ensure holistic academic performance.
- Prepare annual academic plans, lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, question banks and mock tests.
- Conduct regular assessments, practice tests, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Analyze student performance and provide individualized mentoring and academic support.
- Guide students on effective study strategies, time management and examination techniques.
- Develop and update teaching resources in line with the latest JEE trends and examination patterns.
- Collaborate with school faculty to ensure smooth coordination between Board academics and competitive exam preparation.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, academic reviews, faculty development programs and school events.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and student progress.
- Foster a disciplined, motivating and student-centric learning environment.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. is preferred for school teaching.
- Strong academic background with expertise in JEE Chemistry.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Chemistry for JEE Main & Advanced in a reputed school or coaching institute.
