We are hiring two Sales Managers for the Westbank India Sales Office in Mohali. You will represent First Light by Westbank - a landmark luxury residential development in Seattle - to India's most qualified HNI and NRI buyers. This is a high-touch, trust-led sales role embedded in the Gippy Grewal and Humble Group ecosystem, giving you unmatched cultural access and audience quality from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Handle all inbound and outbound buyer calls and WhatsApp enquiries — responding swiftly, professionally, and with full product knowledge
Conduct direct one-on-one sales consultations with HNI and NRI buyers at the Mohali sales office and at external meetings
Manage the complete sales cycle - lead qualification, consultation, follow-up, objection handling, and close
Conduct site visits and accompany qualified buyers through the full discovery and decision process
Attend and represent Westbank at HNI private dinners, property showcases, and investor events
Handle seminar participation - presenting First Light confidently to rooms of qualified investors
Maintain accurate CRM records of all buyer interactions and pipeline status
Coordinate with the Westbank Seattle team on pricing, availability, and documentation
What We're Looking For
3–7 years in luxury real estate, international property, or high-value financial product sales
Outstanding verbal and written communication in English and Hindi - confident, clear, and persuasive
Proven ability to manage HNI buyers through complex, high-value sales cycles
Comfortable on calls, in direct meetings, at events, and in seminar environments
Disciplined follow-up habits and strong CRM usage
International real estate or NRI investment experience is a strong advantage
