Job description:
1. Payroll Management
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Maintain payroll records, attendance, and leave data
- Handle salary revisions, bonuses, and deductions
2. Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
- Manage filings and returns related to statutory requirements
- Keep updated records as per legal guidelines
3. PF & ESIC Management
- Handle Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) registrations, contributions, and returns
- Resolve employee queries related to PF/ESIC
- Coordinate with government authorities when required
4. Labour Welfare Fund (LWF)
- Manage LWF deductions and timely submissions
- Ensure compliance with state-specific LWF regulations
5. Labour Relations
- Maintain healthy relations between management and employees
- Assist in handling disputes, negotiations, and disciplinary actions
- Ensure adherence to company policies and labor laws
6. Grievance Handling
- Address employee concerns and grievances promptly
- Conduct investigations and recommend solutions
- Promote a positive and transparent work environment
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
