Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2+ years of experience who can manage digital campaigns, Meta marketing, Amazon marketing, basic Google Ads, reporting, and day-to-day performance marketing activities.
The candidate should be hands-on, data-aware, creative-minded, and able to support brands in improving visibility, leads, enquiries, and online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and other platforms.
- Manage Facebook & Instagram ads for leads, traffic, engagement, conversions, and remarketing.
- Handle Amazon marketing including product listing optimization, Sponsored Ads, keywords, offers, and basic marketplace updates.
- Track campaign performance including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, ACOS, leads, sales, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, reels, banners, landing pages, and campaign content.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and suggestions.
- Research competitors, keywords, market trends, and digital growth opportunities.
- Support SEO, website traffic improvement, Google Business Profile, and basic content marketing activities.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve results and reduce costs.
- Maintain campaign calendars, budgets, and daily task updates.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central / Amazon Ads.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile.
- Good understanding of performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and ACOS.
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets for reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work with designers, content creators, and account managers.
- Creative thinking with a performance-driven mindset.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in an advertising agency, digital agency, branding studio, or e-commerce company.
- Experience with FMCG, D2C, retail, beauty, food, lifestyle, or consumer brands will be preferred.
- Should be detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Should be able to manage multiple campaigns and tasks.
- Should understand both brand communication and performance marketing.
Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per year
