This role is much more than answering calls. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, helping solve their problems, creating exceptional customer experiences, and identifying sales opportunities when appropriate.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Answering inbound customer calls and text messages
* Making outbound calls when required
* Troubleshooting customer concerns and finding solutions
* Building strong long-term relationships with customers
* Providing an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
* Following up with customers and gathering feedback
* Upselling and cross-selling products and subscriptions when appropriate
* Maintaining accurate customer records using Google Drive and spreadsheets

This position involves speaking with Canadian customers every day.
You must:

Some customers may be frustrated when they call.
The ideal candidate understands that customer frustration is usually directed at a situation, not at them personally. You should be able to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused even during difficult conversations.
All training and support will be provided.
Technical Skills
* Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
* Comfortable using Google Drive
* Good computer skills and willingness to learn new systems

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 15-day training program to learn our systems, products, customer service standards, and sales process before transitioning into their full-time role.
