## **Job Description – IT Executive**
**Position:** IT Executive
**Company:** DECG Group
**Location:** Mandideep, Madhya Pradesh
**Salary:** Up to **₹25,000 CTC per month**
**Experience:** **3 Years**
**Industry Preference:** **Manufacturing Industry**
**Qualification:** B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MCA/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and networking devices.
* Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and software applications.
* Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.
* Monitor and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
* Handle user account creation, access management, and password resets.
* Maintain data backup, antivirus protection, and system security.
* Coordinate with external vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.
* Support ERP software, attendance systems, CCTV, biometric devices, and other IT-related applications.
* Maintain IT asset records and documentation.
* Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and minimize system downtime.
### **Required Skills:**
* Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and computer hardware.
* Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches).
* Experience in troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
* Knowledge of data backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity best practices.
* Familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage.
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
### **Preferred Candidate Profile:**
* Minimum **2.5 years of experience** as an IT Executive or IT Support Engineer.
* **Experience in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.**
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support tasks.
* Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
