Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment for grain cleaning, sorting, grading, and handling
- Optimize machine settings to achieve required quality specifications and yield targets
- Monitor product quality and Ensure removal of impurities, foreign materials, and substandard grains
- Conduct regular quality checks on input and output material Minimize product losses and rejection levels
Key Skills & Competencies
- Experience in cleaning, color sorting (Sortex), and grading operations
- Technical aptitude with ability to handle automated machinery
- Strong quality focus and attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills for basic machine issues
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Willingness to work in shifts
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
