Position:
Staff Nurse (Home Health Care)
Qualifications:
- ANM (Auxiliary Nurse Midwife)
- GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery)
- B.Sc. Nursing
Experience:
- Experienced candidates and Freshers
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to patients in their homes.
- Monitor patients' health conditions and record vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Assist patients with daily healthcare needs and ensure their comfort.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Update patients' health status, reports, and check-up details in the company's mobileapplication on a real-time basis.
- Regularly document patient assessments, treatment provided, and progress in the app to ensure accurate and timely records.
- Continuously monitor patients' recovery and overall progress, promptly reporting any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and their family members on health management, medication, and post-care instructions.
- Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain professional standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
- Willingness to travel for home visits .
