✅ Key Responsibilities
Functional Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules:
Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Recruitment (ORC).
- Work closely with HR business stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements.
- Perform end‑to‑end configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
- Prepare BRD, MD50/MD70, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide guidance to end users.
- Ensure alignment of HCM processes with business needs and global HR policies.
Technical Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports.
- Build and manage HDL (HCM Data Loader) templates for mass data uploads.
- Create and optimize Fast Formulas for Absence, Payroll, Benefits, and HCM rules.
- Integrate HCM Cloud with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP Webservices, OIC.
- Customize notifications, approval workflows, and security roles.
- Support RICEFW objects and collaborate with technical development teams.
- Perform data migration, validation, and error resolution.
✅ Required Skills
Functional Skills
- Strong understanding of at least 2–3 Oracle HCM modules
(Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Benefits, ORC, Talent, Compensation).
- Hands-on experience with HCM configurations, lookups, value sets, flexfields.
- Good understanding of HR processes: hire‑to‑retire, absence cycles, payroll cycles, performance management, etc.
Technical Skills
- Expertise in:
- HCM Extracts
- Fast Formulas
- BI Publisher / OTBI Reports
- HDL / HSDL
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – good to have
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently on both functional and technical tracks.
- Leadership and mentoring skills for senior candidates.
✅ Experience Range Expectations
4–7 Years
- Hands-on configuration and technical development in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Ability to handle module‑level tasks end-to-end.
- Exposure to multiple HCM modules is preferred.
8–12 Years
- Lead module implementations, manage integrations, and handle complex solutioning.
- Strong experience in multitasking across functional and technical requirements.
12–15 Years
- Act as solution architect for HCM processes.
- Define best practices, lead teams, and guide end-to-end implementation projects.
- Drive digital HR transformation initiatives.
✅ Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, Engineering, or related field.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certifications (Core HR / Absence / Payroll / Talent).
- Experience in global HR operations and multi‑country depl oyments.
- Experience with CRP, SIT, UAT, and production support cycles.
