Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented CSR Executive to drive corporate partnerships, CSR collaborations, and fundraising initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, networking, research, and stakeholder management skills with a passion for creating meaningful social impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential CSR partners, corporate donors, trusts, and foundations.
- Build and maintain a database of CSR prospects and corporate contacts.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking platforms.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospective corporate partners.
- Research CSR focus areas, funding patterns, and eligibility criteria.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and outreach materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal submissions and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and conversions.
- Develop and nurture long-term corporate partnerships.
- Identify new fundraising opportunities, CSR trends, and grant openings.
- Support CSR meetings, presentations, and partnership discussions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance CSR engagement and visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in CSR, fundraising, business development, corporate partnerships, or B2B sales.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Marathi preferred).
- Strong research, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Canva.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with NGOs, CSR projects, or corporate fundraising.
- Knowledge of CSR regulations and corporate partnership processes.
- Ability to achieve outreach and partnership targets.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
