The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating customer leads, understanding customer financial requirements, explaining home loan products, collecting and verifying documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth loan processing until disbursement. Candidates should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and a willingness to achieve business targets. Freshers with any degree are welcome to apply, while experience in Banking, NBFC, Finance, Insurance, Sales, or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
