WE ARE HIRING – FINANCE MANAGER
Location: Ramada by Wyndham Goa Vagator, Goa
Industry: Hospitality / Hotel Operations
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Finance Manager to lead the financial operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate should have a strong hospitality background, excellent financial acumen, and hands-on experience with IDS Software.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations
✔ Prepare MIS reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
✔ Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and statutory regulations
✔ Monitor revenue, cost controls, cash flow, and profitability
✔ Manage accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and audits
✔ Coordinate with department heads for budgeting and financial planning
✔ Liaise with auditors, banks, and government authorities
Eligibility Criteria:
5+ years of experience in Hotel Finance / Hospitality Industry
Strong knowledge of hotel accounting procedures and controls
Hands-on experience with IDS Software (Mandatory)
Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS Reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting
Knowledge of GST, TDS, Payroll, Financial Reporting & Compliance
B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred
Preferred:
Goa Hospitality Experience will be an Added Advantage
Pre-opening hotel experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
