Job Summary
The Faculty member in the Department of Management Studies is responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, conducting research, contributing to curriculum development, and supporting the academic and administrative activities of the institution. The role aims to foster students' managerial, analytical, and leadership skills while maintaining academic excellence.
Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Academic Delivery
- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate management courses such as:
- Marketing Management
- Human Resource Management
- Finance
- Operations Management
- Business Analytics
- Strategic Management
- Entrepreneurship
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, workshops, and practical sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, presentations, and examinations.
- Maintain attendance and academic records
- Organize and manage and participate in college activites of Cultural events, Marketing etc
Qualifications Essential
- Master's Degree with specialization in a relevant management discipline.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Min 3 to 5 years of teaching experience
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
