Job Summary
Coral Print Pack is seeking a proactive and energetic Field Executive to support sales and customer relationship activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, generating business leads, collecting orders, coordinating deliveries, handling customer queries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the production team.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit existing and potential customers to promote Coral Print Pack products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collect customer requirements, artwork, samples, and purchase orders.
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, production status, and payments.
- Coordinate with production, design, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct market surveys and monitor competitor activities.
- Resolve customer concerns and provide timely updates.
- Maintain records of customer visits, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field visit reports.
- Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate / Any Graduate.
- 0–3 years of experience in field sales, marketing, or packaging industry.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.
