Role Overview:
The Training & Placement Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end placement activities for B.Tech/Engineering students, building strong corporate relationships, and ensuring high placement outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute placement activities for B.Tech/Engineering students
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate recruiters
- Plan and organize campus recruitment drives and hiring events
- Achieve placement targets including placement of minimum 500 students
- Coordinate employability and training programs
- Maintain accurate placement records and analytics
- Collaborate with academic departments for skill alignment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degree (B.Tech preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Training & Placement or Corporate Relations
- Strong networking and communication skills
