Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Backend Operations
Location - Mohali, Chandigarh
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- 4-5 years of experience Coordinate ordering of 3rd-party products, Marshall/JBL speakers, accessories, and store stationery.
- Onboarding of banking partners and and ensure smooth transitions.
- Manage store onboarding and support across ShopperTrak, Servify/Cashify (360 & mServe), finance partners (Bajaj, HDB, IDFC), and payment terminals (Pine Labs & Paytm).
- Coordinate new TID creation, terminal installation, Apple scheme mapping, and payment solution activation.
- Handle end-to-end onboarding of new vendors, finance partners, and payment solutions, from documentation to activation.
- Liaise with Apple and internal teams for planograms, price tickets, affordability schemes, reporting, and store readiness.
- Maintain and update the digital product catalog across all stores.
- Coordinate pilot projects, including material dispatch and reporting
- Resolve day-to-day store operational issues by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange and manage store fixtures and branding materials, including peg hooks, peg locks, iron bars, and price ticket holders.
- Coordinate with bank personnel for new terminal installations, and payment infrastructure setup.
- Ensure timely communication and operational support across all retail stores.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹31,288.25 per month
