Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
- Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Update HR databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
- Help prepare HR letters, policies, and other documents.
- Support attendance and leave management.
- Assist with performance management and training coordination.
- Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
