This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in sales and business development. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the drive to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate silver jewellery solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries promptly.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Passion for jewellery and an understanding of silver jewellery trends is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
