Your Role:
HNI Donor Management - Conduct research to identify prospects and opportunities for HNI donor acquisition. Coordinate with Communications on campaign requirements, which will have a larger focus on HNI. Outreach calls to be conducted for the current HNI database.
Research and Data Analysis - Provide coordination, insights and research support to the Corporate Partnerships teams to strengthen pitches and improve income generation. Analyse trends from donor and campaign reports to support strategic decision-making.
Co-ordination and Relationship Management - Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless donor servicing across platforms. Support in process improvements that enhance donor experience and operational efficiency.
Candidate profile: Should be with 4 to 6 years of progressive experience in portfolio management, insurance advisory, and sales leadership. Demonstrated expertise in revenue generation

Pay: ₹750,816.72 - ₹894,459.96 per year
