Job Title: HR Associate – Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
Job Summary:
We are looking for an HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage Talent Acquisition and HR Operations for our Customer Support/Call Centre function. The ideal candidate should have experience in high-volume hiring, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations, preferably in a startup, BPO, or customer support environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Customer Support and Call Centre roles.
- Source, screen, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
- Drive onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance and employee lifecycle activities.
- Address employee queries and ensure smooth HR operations.
- Partner with hiring managers to meet manpower requirements within timelines.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of HR experience with exposure to both TA and HR Operations.
- Prior experience hiring for Customer Support, BPO, Call Centre, or Operations roles preferred.
- Startup experience is a plus.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and HRMS tools.
