Job Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing real estate construction projects from initiation to completion. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Plan and manage the complete lifecycle of real estate projects.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
2. Site Management
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work progress as per schedule.
- Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Ensure safety standards are followed at the project site.
3. Budget & Cost Control
- Prepare project budgets and monitor project costs.
- Control expenses and ensure cost-effective project execution.
- Approve contractor bills and verify work completion.
4. Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, purchase, CRM, accounts, and legal.
- Conduct regular meetings with contractors and consultants.
- Provide project updates and reports to management.
5. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, RERA regulations, and local authority norms.
- Maintain project documentation, drawings, and reports.
6. Quality Control
- Ensure all construction activities meet the required quality standards.
- Inspect work regularly and resolve technical issues at the site.
7. Risk Management
- Identify project risks and take preventive measures.
- Resolve issues related to delays, contractors, materials, or approvals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- PMP or other project management certification (preferred).
Experience
- Minimum 15–2 0years of experience in real estate / construction project management.
- Experience in residential / commercial project execution.
