We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling client inquiries, conducting property presentations, arranging site visits, and closing sales for residential and commercial real estate projects.Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain relationships.
- Negotiate deals and assist clients throughout the sales process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in CRM.
- Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales experience in real estate is preferred.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
