Job Responsibilities
- Call prospective exhibitors from the provided database
- Introduce company exhibitions and explain participation benefits
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule appointments for field executives
- Follow up with existing prospects
- Maintain customer information in CRM
- Attend incoming phone calls professionally
- Welcome visitors and manage front office activities
- Coordinate with different departments when required
- Maintain daily call reports
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English
- Hindi is an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
- Friendly and confident personality
- Freshers can apply
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred
