Job Description
- Participate in the preventive maintenance program of all-building equipment and rooms. Supervise, train, and inspect the performance of Engineering staff ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards.
- Lead a team of engineers and ensure their work is aligned with departmental and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive change.
- Develop and implement engineering processes, policies, and procedures.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Track project progress and adjust resource allocation as needed.
- Provide regular status updates to upper management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
