About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and engaging Financial Literacy Lab Educator to help students develop essential money management and financial decision-making skills through interactive, activity-based learning. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching practical financial concepts and creating an enjoyable learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive Financial Literacy Lab sessions for students across different grade levels.
- Teach fundamental financial concepts such as budgeting, saving, investing, banking, digital payments, taxation, entrepreneurship, and responsible spending.
- Deliver hands-on activities, simulations, games, and real-life financial scenarios.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and financial decision-making skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, classroom activities, and assessments as per the curriculum.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure active student participation.
- Coordinate with school authorities and the Program Manager for smooth execution of the program.
- Participate in training sessions and curriculum enhancement activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior teaching or training experience will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of basic financial concepts.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for school students.
- Interactive teaching and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Creative, energetic, and student-focused approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in financial education, commerce, or business studies.
- Knowledge of digital banking, UPI, financial planning, and entrepreneurship.
- Ability to conduct activity-based and experiential learning sessions.
