Position: Senior Business Development
Office Location: Noida Sec 63, Uttar Pradesh
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within voluntary and compliance carbon markets.
Build and maintain relationships with corporates, project developers, sustainability consultants, and institutional clients.
Promote carbon credit solutions, offset strategies, and climate advisory services to prospective clients.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to inform business strategy.
Prepare proposals, pitch decks, commercial models, and client presentations.
Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure successful onboarding of clients and partners.
Collaborate cross-functionally with project, legal, and technical teams to structure carbon transactions.
Track sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics to management.
Represent the organization at industry events, sustainability forums, and stakeholder meetings.
Role Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Economics, or related field.
3–6+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (experience in carbon markets, ESG, renewable energy, or climate tech preferred).
Strong understanding of carbon credits, offset mechanisms, and global sustainability trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to interpret technical or environmental project data for commercial use.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting dashboards.
