Job Title: Land Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:
· Conduct Surveys: Measure land boundaries, elevations, and distances using GPS, total station, and other surveying tools.
· Prepare Reports: Analyze data and create detailed maps, drawings, and survey reports as per company and legal standards.
· Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide accurate survey information.
· Site Visits: Visit project sites to check data accuracy, understand ground conditions, and resolve any discrepancies.
· Data Analysis: Review survey results, identify issues, and suggest practical solutions.
· Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy.
· Compliance: Follow all local and legal requirements related to land surveying.
· Record Keeping: Maintain proper records of survey data, reports, and drawings for future reference.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
· Minimum 3-4 years of experience in land surveying, including experience with survey equipment and data analysis.
· Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
· Proficiency in surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD Civil 3D, Leica, Trimble).
· Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license or equivalent certification preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
