Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and organized Placement Intern to support the Training & Placement team in coordinating student placements, employer interactions, and placement-related activities. The intern will assist in building relationships with companies and ensuring smooth placement processes for students.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events.
Communicate with companies and HR representatives for placement opportunities.
Maintain and update the student placement database and records.
Support in organizing mock interviews, resume building sessions, and placement training.
Schedule interviews and coordinate between students and recruiters.
Track student placement status and maintain reports.
Assist in preparing placement reports and documentation.
Support the team in student counselling related to placements and career guidance
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Interest in HR, recruitment, and student placement activities.
