Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a passion for customer service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting garments
- Provide product information (size, fabric, price, offers)
- Maintain cleanliness and proper display of garments
- Handle billing and cash transactions
- Manage stock and inform the owner about low inventory
- Fold and arrange clothes properly
- Support customers with trials and fitting assistance
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior experience in retail/garments shop preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of billing and cash handling
- Good communication skills (Odia/Hindi preferred)
- Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude
Working Hours
- 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM (Flexible as per shop timing)
- Weekly off as per discussion

- ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience)
- Incentives may be provided based on performance
