Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management
· Act as the primary point of contact for third-party manufacturing clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term business growth.
· Provide customers with timely updates on their orders, dispatch schedules, and production timelines.
Order Processing & Coordination
· Process customer orders, verify documentation, and coordinate with the production and dispatch teams.
· Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements for pharma contract manufacturing.
· Track and follow up on production schedules to ensure timely deliveries.
Query Resolution & Complaint Handling
· Address customer complaints regarding product quality, delays, or documentation issues.
· Coordinate internally with QA/QC, production, and logistics teams to resolve customer concerns.
· Maintain a record of complaints and resolutions for future reference and improvement.
Documentation & Compliance Support
· Assist customers with contract manufacturing agreements, NDAs, and regulatory documentation.
· Ensure smooth processing of billing, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
· Provide necessary documentation support for product registration and regulatory approvals.
Coordination with Internal Teams
· Work closely with the Business Development, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Assist in sample dispatches, artwork approvals, and packaging coordination.
· Keep track of customer preferences, order history, and feedback for business improvement.
Reporting & MIS
· Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports on customer interactions, orders, and feedback.
· Provide data-driven insights to management for process improvements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in Pharma or Life Sciences
· Experience:1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or business support in the pharmaceutical third-party contract manufacturing sector. (Fresher B.Pharma candidates can also apply)
Key Skills:
· Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in Ms Excel.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
