We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach & CRM Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in guest posting and press release outreach, strong communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with publishers, website owners, media contacts, prospects, and clients.
The role combines outreach, client communication, CRM management, and relationship-building responsibilities to support the company's SEO, digital marketing, and business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach campaigns for guest posts, press releases, and other digital marketing initiatives.
- Communicate with website owners, publishers, media partners, prospects, and clients via email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with relevant websites, publishers, media contacts, and clients.
- Manage and respond to emails, chats, and client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Identify new outreach opportunities and negotiate collaborations when required.
- Maintain records of outreach activities and update internal databases.
- Support SEO and link-building campaigns through effective outreach strategies.
- Manage and update lead, client, and publisher information within CRM systems.
- Track lead status, outreach progress, publisher communications, and client requirements.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects, clients, and publishers to maintain engagement and improve conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with SEO, Content, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Assist in resolving client concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to outreach activities, lead management, publisher communication, and client interactions.
- Monitor pending tasks, follow-ups, and commitments to ensure timely completion.
- Support onboarding activities for new clients and maintain smooth communication throughout the process.
- Maintain professional communication standards while representing the company externally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Outreach, Guest Posting, Digital Marketing, CRM, Client Communication, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of SEO concepts and best practices.
- Good understanding of guest posting, link building, and press release distribution.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as MOZ, Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or equivalent systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Confident and professional communicator with excellent email and chat management abilities.
- Strong client handling and relationship management skills.
- Good decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of link-building, content marketing, and digital PR strategies.
- Basic understanding of website metrics such as Domain Authority (DA), Domain Rating (DR), Traffic, Spam Score, and related SEO metrics.
- Experience handling publisher databases and outreach inventories.
- Understanding of lead lifecycle management and customer relationship processes.
- Familiarity with task management and collaboration tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Basecamp, or similar platforms.
