Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications function seamlessly within the existing infrastructure. You will also participate in testing and troubleshooting to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in the software development lifecycle.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday Recruiting.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and methodologies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing Workday modules.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
