Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Admin Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage daily administrative operations, maintain transaction records, prepare MIS reports, and handle data management. The ideal candidate should possess strong Excel skills and be proficient in maintaining accurate records and generating reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain all administrative and financial transaction entries accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and administrative records.
- Reconcile transaction data and ensure accuracy of records.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and documentation.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation in an organized manner.
- Support the administration team in day-to-day operational activities.
- Ensure timely submission of reports and adherence to company procedures.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Validation, Charts, Basic MIS).
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Administration, MIS, Data Management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in preparing management reports and maintaining transaction records.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
