The Senior Executive – International Strategic Partnership/Collaboration will be responsible for developing, managing, and expanding strategic alliances and business partnerships to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The role requires building strong networks, identifying domestic and international partnership opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and closing high-value proposals. The executive will play a critical role in strengthening the company’s ecosystem and accelerating business growth through collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnership Development
Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners aligned with company objectives.
Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand market presence.
Build long-term business alliances with corporates, institutions, distributors, and technology/service partners.
Represent the organization in industry forums, networking events, and strategic meetings.
2. Business Development & Revenue Generation
Drive revenue growth through partnerships and alliance-based business models.
Identify new business opportunities within existing and new partner networks.
Develop joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies with partners.
Track and achieve revenue targets generated through partnerships.
3. Domestic & International Market Expansion
Explore and penetrate domestic markets by establishing regional strategic alliances.
Identify and evaluate international partnership opportunities.
Build cross-border collaborations and channel partnerships.
Understand market regulations, competitive landscape, and business practices across regions.
Support entry strategy for new international markets.
4. Proposal Development & Deal Closure
Lead discussions, negotiations, and commercial structuring with partners.
Prepare and present business proposals, partnership models, and commercial agreements.
Close strategic deals and long-term agreements.
Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal stakeholders to finalize contracts.
5. Partner Relationship Management
Manage end-to-end partner lifecycle (onboarding to performance review).
Maintain strong engagement and communication with key stakeholders.
Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with agreed KPIs.
Resolve escalations and strengthen collaboration.
6. Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify emerging trends and potential collaboration opportunities.
Provide insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
