We are looking for a responsible and experienced Factory Manager to oversee the daily operations of our conveyor manufacturing facility. The candidate will be responsible for managing production, ensuring quality standards, supervising workers, and maintaining efficient factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily factory production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.
- Monitor manufacturing processes of conveyor systems and components.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure products meet company specifications.
- Supervise factory workers and coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Implement and follow safety procedures and workplace regulations.
- Manage raw material usage and inventory control.
- Coordinate with the sales and design team for production planning.
- Prepare production reports and maintain factory records.
- Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and factory operations.
- Basic understanding of conveyor systems, fabrication, and assembly.
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to handle production planning and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with quality control and safety standards.
Qualification
- any Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in conveyor systems, fabrication, or engineering products.
Other Requirements
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and maintain discipline in the factory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / production reporting.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
