Job Description
The role involves supervising the sales team, coordinating with design and project teams, and supporting management in achieving sales targets while ensuring an excellent customer experience. The Sr. Manager – Sales will manage lead allocation, client handling, quotation processes, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
· Supervise sales executives and tele-callers; ensure discipline, productivity, and service quality.
· Allocate and manage leads; ensure timely follow-up and conversion.
· Handle client calls, follow-ups, and escalations when required.
· Prepare and verify quotations; ensure pricing accuracy and approvals.
· Coordinate with design and project teams for drawings, site visits, and execution.
· Monitor daily sales activities, reports, and support sales forecasting.
· Mentoring the sales team on overall personality department, product knowledge and quotation processes.
Requirements
· 5–7 years of experience in relevant industries.
· Willingness to travel as per lead and site requirements.
· Good communication and team coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
