Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Finance Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance activities, reconciliations, GST/TDS compliance, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain and review ledgers, journals, purchase and sales entries.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and party/vendor reconciliations.
- Handle GST-related activities, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, payment and return-related activities.
- Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts.
- Prepare and review Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
- Prepare financial reports and MIS reports as required.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors and internal teams for accounting and compliance-related matters.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely rectification.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of financial transactions.
- Monitor receivables/payables and outstanding balances.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned finance and accounting tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Accounting & Finance.
- Good practical knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Experience in BRS and ledger reconciliation.
- Knowledge of finalization of accounts.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, filters, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Eligibility
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance.
- Candidates with more than 5 years of experience will not be considered.
- Candidates should have practical experience in accounting, GST/TDS and reconciliations.
- Graduate/B.Com/M.Com preferred.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
